500 hours TTC Course is the deep, comprehensive, fundamental and structured teaching, aimed at spiritual development of a person.

To join this 500 hours course, you don’t need to have a 200 hours or any certification. It’s suitable for all practitioners levels!

500 hours of the course are:

• 200h - theory & philosophy
• 100h - methodologies & technics
• 50h - yoga therapy
• 150h - practice (group classes package)

The Course starts on August 28th, at HK Yoga boutique studio in Discovery Bay.

The course is held in two groups:
▪️Weekdays (Tuesday & Thursday) from 1pm to 5pm
▪️Weekends (Saturday & Sunday) from 11am to 3pm

All the classes are in person.

The course fee is 50K (only 100 hkd per hour). Early bird price is 35K only and available till August 14th.

Upon completion of the course, you will get a 500 Yoga Instructor Certificate.

This Course is certified by Yoga Alliance USA.
